Process
• Shoot with bow and arrow is a different experience which can help to improve your emotional balance, concentration and awareness.
• Spirit and body balance, concentration, patience, stamina, aming, mental and body coordination, good attitude and fun, are some of the elements needed to shoot with bow and arrow.
Be one with the bow, the arrow and the target, is the ideal state of an archer. You concentrate in the process, rather than in the target… and the arrow hits the yellow ring!

• This activity is included in our Ropes Course (three day-course) and is coached by an experienced archer trained by PSE instructors (Alexander Kirilov and G. Chapman) and with international experience.
• Our services include bows and accessories sale and weekend training.
